Reddit user Ravekitt recently shared two images of their impressiveLegend of Zelda: Breath of the WildSheikah SlateNintendo Switch Pro Controller, with one including the console itself. The controller features a wood finish look to its shell, light blue face buttons, D-pad, and triggers, with light pink analog sticks, menu, and syncing buttons. Ravekitt’s Nintendo Switch Pro Controller has the iconic Sheikah Eye staring at the player from the top center of the gamepad, while various dots and lines wrap around it in an aesthetic that may feel familiar toThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildfans.
The photo that Ravekitt has included of their customized Switch Pro controller accompanied by the console itself shows the pink tones used for the sticks and smaller buttons that match the Nintendo tablet and Joy-Cons. According to Ravekitt, such liberties were taken with theBreath of the WildSwitch Pro Controller and its color scheme to accurately match their setup. The Joy-Cons both feature flower petal designs and both sticks have matching engravings in them, and the image emphasizes how well the Sheikah Slate Pro Controller matchesThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildgameplay on thescreen of the Nintendo Switch.
Though Ravekitt hasn’t stated if they’ll be taking commissions to recreate theirLegend of Zelda: Breath of the WildSheikah Slate controller, the Nintendo fan has given some instructions on how to mimic it using a vinyl cutter. While Nintendo has released an incredibleLegend of Zelda: Tears of the KingdomSwitch OLEDunit, fans may have a harder time finding a Switch Pro Controller matching the aesthetic of Ravekitt’s.
