The slow drip of video game announcements is continuing this month as Ubisoft is starting to promote its second digital conference of the year. In a new teaser video, Ubisoft has confirmed the date for its nextUbisoft Forwardevent and is promising new game reveals and big updates to currently announced titles.
At the first Ubisoft Forward, the publisher showcased some of its major titles such asWatch Dogs Legionand offered a full, extended look atAssassin’s Creed Valhalla. The big reveal from the first event was the official announcement ofFar Cry 6.

The trailer Ubisoft released today confirms that the company’s next event will be on September 10 at 12 PM PDT and features plenty of familiar games including some titles fans saw previously at the first Ubisoft Forward event.Watch Dogs Legion,Rainbow Six Siege, andHyper Scapeseem to be the games promoted the most throughout the teaser. Whether or not this is leading to more updates for those games is yet to be announced butWatch Dogs Legionis releasing on October 29, so it’s a safe bet that Ubisoft will want to showcase the game further before it launches.
Toward the end of the teaser, fans get the latest look atImmortals: Fenyx Risingwhich was previously known asGods and Monsters. In 2019,Immortals: Fenyx Rising, under its previous title, blew fans away at E3 for its unique art style and premise and even drew comparisons toThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.However, since its reveal, fans haven’t heard much of the game outside its title change and when it leaked on Google Stadia for a short period of time.
The teaser trailer doesn’t give too many actual new teases to fans other than the newest look atImmortals: Fenyx Rising, but teasing new game reveals at the event will definitely get fan bases speculating. Ubisoft fans have been championing for a newSplinter Cellgame for years now and withSam Fisher being added toRainbow Six Siege, fans of the franchise feel they are closer than ever to a new entry in the series.
Recently, online retail listings for a newPrince of Persiagame have started to pop up. The rumored title appears to be a remake and was briefly listed for the PlayStation 4 and Switch but with no mention of a PC or Xbox version. It should be noted that it’s pretty easy to fake online listings and retailers are wrong all the time but it’s an exciting thought nonetheless and if the rumor turns out to be true, fans may get their first look at the game during the Ubisoft Forward event this month.
