Best Builds for Splatoon 3 Dualies

Splat Dualies

The Splat Dualies are the most balanced of the Dualie options inSplatoon 3, offering players a nice helping of Range, Mobility, and Damage. Although Damage output isn’t as high as other Dualies, players can take advantage of theweapon’s Special, the Crab Tank. And, of course, like every other Dualie inSplatoon, players can press the B button to perform a Dodge Roll. It’s super useful for getting around opponents and confusing them –although it does use up some ink, so use it with caution.

Dapple Dualies

The Dapple Dualies are centered around more of a Support type of player. Its Mobility level is really high, making it easier to move through enemy ink, but it lacks Range. However, its Damage output is not too shabby at all. Although the guns can’t shoot that far, players can make use of the Tacticooler Special to give the entire team a speed boost. It’s also worth noting that the Dapple Dualies have a faster Dodge Roll than some other Dualies, too. ItsSquid Beacon sub-weaponis also useful for letting teammates fast-travel to one specific point on the map.

Dualie Squelchers

SomeSplatoon 3playershave been saying that the Dualie Squelchers might be one of the best Dualies in the game, all thanks to its long firing range and mobility. Its Special Weapon, the Wave Breaker, can not only damage opponents, but it tags them too, letting all teammates know their location.

When players perform a Dodge Roll with these, they’ll slide on the ground, allowing for more mobility. The recommended abilities below will help players make up for the low damage output of the Squelchers:

Glooga Dualies

The Glooga Dualies can dish out lots of damage and has a long firing range, too. While its firing rate is pretty low, players can perform a Dodge Roll to get a quick damage and range boost. Players can make use of the gun’s Splash Wall Sub Special and the Booyah Bomb Special.

The Splash Wall can be thrown by players to act as a shield from enemy attacks. The Booyah Bomb can be thrown in any direction after being charged for a few seconds, unleashing a deadly and devastating ink explosion.

Dark Tetra Dualies

And last but not least, we have the Dark Tetra Dualies, sporting the highest Mobility levels out of all theSplatoon 3Dualies. It has the Autobomb Sub Special, which, when thrown, will follow opponents to then blow up. The Reefslider Special lets the player jump on a shark and move forward, blowing up surrounding players with a massive inksplosion at the end of the ride.

And while the Dark Tetra Dualies have low Damage, it more than makes up for it in Mobility. Instead of the traditional two Dodge Rolls that the other Dualies have, this one lets players perform four rolls consecutively. Players can also shoot while rolling.

With the Reefslider Special being so powerful, it might be best to prioritize that and find ways to add more Mobility to the weapon.
