Now, nearly two months since launch,Prince of Perisa: The Lost Crowntook to Twitter to unveil its surprising post-launch plans for the remainder of 2024. Starting on March 30, with the Warrior’s Path update, the game will receive a speedrun mode, a permadeath mode, and new outfits for the game’s protagonist, Sargon. Later in Spring,The Lost Crownwill add a boss rush mode called Boss Attack, which will give players access to each ofThe Lost Crown’s boss battlesback to back without having to play through the entire game again. The Boss Attack update will add even more Sargon outfits as well.

In the summer,The Lost Crownfans can expect the Divine Trials update, which will add new combat, puzzle, and platforming challenges to the game. It’s not known if these additional challenges will be added to the game’s already large map, or if they’ll be accessed via a menu. As no further details have been divulged, it’ll be interesting to know whether this DLC will take place in new areas of Mount Qaf, or if it’ll introduce a new location entirely.
