Overwatch 2will have a Halloween event, scheduled to take place during Season 1 in October and November of this year. TheOverwatch 2early access release date is October 4, and since that’s so close to Halloween, many assumed Blizzard would be skipping the event for the hero-shooter this year. Not only isOverwatch 2still hosting a Halloween event despite the holiday’s proximity to its official release date, but it will also be introducing a new game mode.

TheOverwatch 2Halloween event will presumably be similar to Halloween events in the originalOverwatch. This means fans of the hero-shooter can expect Halloween-inspired tweaks to various maps, plus some holiday-themed skins. Fans can also count on a new version ofJunkenstein’s Revenge, which Blizzard has revealed is called Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride.
