JoJofans were blown away by the developments inJOJOLandsChapter 5. Araki had teased Rohan’s capture in the cover picture of anotherJOJOLandschapter, but it did not happen until Chapter 5. Before being immobilized, Rohan was able to overwhelm Dragon, Paco, and Usagi rather easily. They underestimated Rohan, and it cost them dearly. With things looking bad for the trio, the responsibility fell onJodio’s shoulders to rescue them. Unsurprisingly, Jodio was able to maintain his calm even in such a tough situation. What’s even more amazing is the fact that he is only 15 years old. A young individual with a cool head on his shoulders is truly astonishing.
Before Rohan captured them, the trio of Dragona, Paco, and Usagi were trying hard to figure out the person behind the attack. Usagi was sure it was the cat’s doing, but Paco seemed to disagree. The three were trying their utmost, and as they finally started to leave, Rohan arrived on the scene. He made short work of Paco and Usagi, after which he informed the police. Dragona could not do anything as they were trying to figure out the suspicious behavior of the diamond.

As the mangaka started to move toward Dragona, he heard rain falling inside the room. Rohan was confused as to why Jodio used his Stand to rain in that specific spot. Out of sheer curiosity, he approached the area and immediately regretted the decision when the floor beneath collapsed. It threw him off balance and gave Jodio enough time to tie him up.
Jodio askedRohan to rescind his report to the police, but the latter refused to do so. Jodio brought out the Lava Rocks and stated that they were the mangaka’s most prized possession. His partners were perplexed and considered the claim to be rather odd. When Jodio destroyed one of the rocks, Rohan became bewildered, and it proved that the rocks were indeed special. Rohan was forced to concede, after which he had a private talk with Jodio and told him about the rock’s nature.
Rohan told the young delinquent about the rock and what would happen if he held onto it. He stated that it would bring Jodio exorbitant wealth only if the rock was handled with care. Rohan also warned the youngster not to tell anyone else about the rock. The chapter ended with Jodio and the rest making their way out of the mansion. Unbeknownst to them, a group of cats that looked exactly like the one Usagi suspected of attacking them was following them.

Release Date
JOJOLands Chapter 6 will be released on July 17, 2025. The chapter will be included in the August edition of Ultra Jump. It is possible that the chapter will be a little less slow in comparison to the previous one. For now, Jodio’s group is completely unaware of the cats behind them. There is certainly something fishy about them, and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to assume that they are a part of someone’s Stand, as it would be odd if theywere independent Stand users.
JOJOLandsChapter 6 will likely divulge the true nature of these cats. Considering one of them has the ability to create a thread strong enough to cause bleeding, it is obvious that they are not to be trifled with. Furthermore, they seem to have an interest in the lava rock in Jodio’s possession.
The Possible Attack
The cats will likely tail Jodio’s group until they reach Meryl Mei, after which they might start their onslaught. It is safe to assume that they are agile and shifty. At least one of the cats has the ability to create threads that can cause serious damage to a person’s body. Since this time there is more than one cat, it will be interesting to see if they have different powers or share the same one. If the cats don’t wait and attack them while they are en route to their destination, then it will be an all-out battle. Jodio’s group doesn’t have many talented fighters, so the felines could overwhelm them effortlessly. It seems that Jodio will have to take matters into his own hands and defend his crew.
Kishibe Rohan might be sidelined for a while, and he will only reappear later in the story. Fans will be hoping that Araki does not leave him out of the story completely, as hedid with Koichi inGolden Wind. Rohan is a fascinating character and can be used in a variety of ways. He possesses one of the better Stands in the franchise, and he uses its abilities in a very creative manner. While Rohan does have a great deal of pride, he can be soft at times. He has already talked to Jodio Joestar and expects him to achieve many great things.
In case Araki does not want to put Rohan among the main characters, he could use him gingerly. Rohan could belike Jotaro fromStone Ocean, where he did not steal the spotlight from his daughter. He had good character development, making him even more popular. The expectation will be that Rohan remains relevant to the story.
