Halo Infiniteis a gamefull of secrets, Easter eggs, and collectiblesthat players can find scattered across Zeta Halo. Skulls inHalo Infiniteare hidden collectibles that can change the gameplay in many different ways. Most of these changes will increase the combat difficulty in some way, while others are just new additions or visual effects.

If players want to collectall of the skulls inHalo Infinite, it is important they keep an eye out since theycannot replay missions as of the game’s release. Consequently, many of these skulls are missable as the story progresses and players will be forced to start a new playthrough if theymiss any collectibles early on.

Boom Skull

TheBoom Skull will double the radius of explosions inHalo Infinite. This effect will alter all of the explosions in the game, including grenades thrown by the player and their enemies and the explosion radius of thrown Fusion Coils and other throwable weapons.

The Boom Skull can be found early on inHalo Infiniteand is an easily missable skull. Players should be on the lookout for this skull inWarship Gbraakonduring their playthrough.

Halo Infinite Skull Mythic

Cowbell Skull

TheCowbell Skull increases the acceleration from explosions in-game. When grenades are thrown or rockets are launched, players and items will be moved much further when this skull is active.

This skull is found inHalo Infinite’ssecond mission,Foundation, and is one that is easy to miss so players should keep an eye out if they are hoping to collect them all.

Halo Infinite Skull Cowbell

IWHBYD Skull

With the IWHBYD Skull active,rare combat dialogue becomes more common in the game. This is a very cool way to hear somefunny one-liners from enemiesor alliesencountered on Zeta Halo.

The IWHBYD Skull, which stands for “I Would Have Been Your Daddy,” a reference to aHalo: CEline, can be foundontop of Chak ‘Lok’s Tower.This skull is most easily obtained once players have access to flying vehicles like a Banshee or a Wasp, but can also be obtained ifplayers strategically use their grapplehook afterupgrading it a few times.

Blind Skull

With the Blind Skull,the player’s HUD and weapon will no longer display on the screen. This can cause greatly increased difficulty, as removing the player’s HUD will make them unable to see ammo capacity.

Blind can be found in a crevice in betweentwo cliffs on the first island of Zeta Halo. Players can grapple their way to the top of the cliffs and jump down to the skull, or use a flying vehicle for easier access.

Halo Infinite Skull IWHBYD

Catch Skull

With the Catch Skull,enemies in-game will drop and throw more grenades. In use on its own, this skull can be a real pain for players, but pairing it with skulls like Boom and Cowbell can make for a deadly combination.

This skull can be foundwedged in a broken tree in the far north of the mapand is protected by two deadly hunters. Players do not have to fight these enemies to obtain this skull and can simply grab it and run if they want to avoid combat.

Halo Infinite Skull Blind

Fog Skull

TheFog Skull disables Master Chief’s motion tracker. This can cause lots of trouble for players who rely on their motion tracker to see enemy movement in combat, especially on higher difficulties.

Thisskull can be found on the second island on Zeta Haloand is most easily obtained if players have access to the Wasp. Using the grapple hook, it is possible to get to this skull but it will take some patience and upgraded equipment.

Famine Skull

When the Famine Skull is active,enemies will drop less ammo when killed. This means that players reliant on that ammo to continue their fight will be forced to restrategize and instead rely on accuracy in combat to conserve bullets.

The Famine Skull can be found on alone isle on the east side of Zeta Halo’s 4th island. If players fly to this island using an air vehicle, they can find the skull on the eastern side of the island next to a golden Elite.

Halo Infinite Skull Catch

Black Eye Skull

TheBlack Eye Skull makes players’ shields only rechargeable after they melee enemies. This skull causes one of the biggest variations in gameplay and forces players reliant on long-range combat into up-close and personal attacks.

Southwest of Riven Gate on Island 4, players will find a waterfall with a very small opening behind it. This opening leads to a cave that holds the Black Eye Skull. It can be very easy to miss as the water covers the entrance to the cave remarkably well.

Halo Infinite Skull Fog

Thunderstorm Skull

TheThunderstorm Skull increases the rank of most enemies in the game. This means even a pod of measly Grunts can cause players serious issues, and the already challenging enemies like Brutes and Hunters are made even harder.

OnIsland 4, near the northernmost beacon, players can find a tall thin pillar. The pillar is to the east of the beacon and the skull can be found on top of it. This skull is most easily found using a flying vehicle like a Banshee or Wasp, but players can use their grapple hook to reach it as well.

Mythic Skull

TheMythic Skull increases the health of enemies encountered on Zeta Halo. This skull does affect the health of all enemies, meaning the already-tough battles will be even tougher.

This skull can be found once players enter theCommand Spire on Zeta Halo’s 4th Island. It can be found by grappling on top of the pillars in one of the Spire’s processing rooms.

Halo Infinite Skull Famine

Grunt Birthday Party Skull

The Grunt Birthday Party Skull is a classic in the Halo franchise. This skull causescheers and confetti to spray everywhere when players get headshots on Gruntson Zeta Halo.

The Grunt Birthday Party Skull can be found in Halo Infinite’s 12th mission titled “Repository”. Players will have to progress through the mission a bit and then find two optional doors holding a power cell and a crucible. This will unlock a door later in the level where players can find the skull.

Halo Infinite Skull Black Eye

Bandana Skull

The Bandana Skull is a bit overpowered if used on its own.It grants players unlimited ammo and grenades, and also removes all cooldowns on equipment. This skull is a saving grace for players attempting to complete their Headmaster achievement by completing the game on legendary while having all skulls active.

This skull can be found in theSilent Auditorium. Players will need to avoid killing any Sentinels during this mission, as doing so will lock the door containing the skull. The door can be found by progressing through the mission if players keep their eye out.
