Summary
DPS and Supporting units that are built around Physical DMG inGenshin Impactare not as popular as the other units due to their lack of Elemental Reactions. Physical units are mostly Cryo or Electro users inGenshin Impactsince they’re the two Elements that are responsible for triggering Superconduct, which is an Elemental Reaction that reduces enemies’ resistance to Physical DMG by 40%.
Despite their simplicity, building a Physical team can be fun, especially since their gameplay revolves around the least amount of Elemental Reactions. If players wish to play without overthinking of character rotations, then they can take a look at this list of thebest Physical charactersinGenshin Impact.

Player Mistakes
Kaeya can be considered an acceptable Physical DPS in the game, considering there are not many. He’s also a decent Support since his Elemental Burst can keep applying Cryo on enemies close by.
As aSword user inGenshin Impact, Kaeya has one of the highest multipliers on his Normal attacks, but it doesn’t come close to how high it is for Claymore users. So, in terms of multipliers, Kaeya immediately loses to any Claymore DPS units, ranking him lower than most Physical characters inGenshin Impact.

It was very weird to see aPyro user inGenshin Impacthave an entire Physical DMG kit. Yet, for a while, Xinyan held her own and was decent enough to be considered in teams. Now, Xinyan suffers as her kit is outdated and her entire gimmick is not working out with any other unit.
Xinyan has an Elemental Burst that has a 100% Crit Rate, allowing players to fully build her on Crit DMG and ATK%. Xinyan’s fourth Constellation grants her team 12% Physical shred, but it’s still not good enough to be compared with the other Physical Supports on the list.

Fischl shines as an off-field Sub DPS with Oz doing all the work for her. When unlocking all of Fischl’s Constellations inGenshin Impact, she’ll be able to follow up the active unit’s Normal attacks with Electro hits from Oz. Not to mention, Fischl can keep summoning Oz and keep him almost 100% of the time, especially on her C6.
With her Oz, Fischl can endlessly apply Electro on enemies and continuously trigger Superconduct to help her or any Physical DPS unit to deal much more damage. It’s very rare for a unit like Fischl to perform exceptionally well as an Electro DPS, Sub-DPS, Physical main DPS, and Support.

Mikais a solid Physical Support inGenshin Impact. Understandably, he doesn’t get much use since Physical DPS is underwhelming in general. He’s still a decent pick whenever you’re going for a Physical unit since his utility is unique by combining both Support and healing.
With his Elemental Skill, Mika can increase his DPS Normal attacks SPD by up to 25%. He can also increase their Physical DMG by up to 40%, in addition to allowing them to deal 60% more Physical Crit DMG.

RunningRosariawith a Physical DPS build isn’t going to be useful for her team since she’s underwhelming in that role. However, when Rosaria gets her sixth Constellation inGenshin Impact, she becomes a very useful Physical Support. Her C6 reduces enemies’ Physical resistance by 20% all while she constantly applies Cryo on and off-field.
Additionally, Rosaria has a unique mechanic where she shares 15% of her Crit Rate with all her team, lowering the Crit Rate requirements for the main DPS.

Before the Elemental Mastery and Electro buffs,Keqingwas mainly being used as a Physical DPS inGenshin Impact. She wasn’t the best, but her Charged attacks were constantly and quickly dealing large white numbers, which was cool at the time. Now, of course, it’s better to let Keqing avoid any Superconduct teams and operate more in Quicken orHyperbloom teams inGenshin Impact.
Even if she’s better as an Electro user, Keqing is still a pretty solid Physical DPS and can still carry her own weight and be useful when you want to have fun with her Physical DMG.

Usually, Cryo units have their own roles and kits revolve around Physical DMG. But, for anElectro user inGenshin Impact,Razoroutperforms most of them with his kit that is specifically made to maximize his Normal attacks. It does that by giving his Elemental Burst the ability to speed up his Normal attacks, which will make him go berserk once he starts swinging his Claymore.
For a kid who was raised by wolves, Razor is a pretty selfish DPS inGenshin Impact. However, when building a decent team around him, he always proves to be worth the effort and investment.

There’s no doubt thatEulais the best DPS that depends on Physical DMG inGenshin Impact. While she’s not the best overall DPS in the game, Eula’s kit is designed to buff every Physical attack from her Claymore, whether it’s her Normal attacks or Elemental Burst.
She can be useful when you want a powerful driver that doesn’t have a strong Elemental application. She’s also aCryo user inGenshin Impact, which makes it easy for her to access the Superconduct Elemental Reaction. you’re able to even use Eula in teams like Hyperblooms since she doesn’t react with Dendro.
