Genshin Impacthas officially revealed which four-star characters will appear in the first part of the upcoming update 3.5. The recent Special Program event for version 3.5 confirmed that the new five-star character Dehya will appear in the first banner cycle, and she will be joined by the Electro polearm user Cyno.
Every banner cycle inGenshin Impactalso features a four-star lineup that includes three different characters. Unlike the limited five-star units, they are much easier to obtain as they run on 10-wish pity that guarantees a four-star drop within 10 wishes.

The live stream event forGenshin Impactupdate 3.5has confirmed that a new four-star character named Mika will join the roster in the upcoming update. However, HoYoverse has confirmed that he will be placed in the second part of the update alongside two re-runs for popular five-star characters, Ayaka and Shenhe. According toGenshin Impact’s official social media accounts, the upcoming banner cycle will offer the following characters:
Many fans have said that they will likely skip this banner since the live stream revealed that the new five-star characterDehya will join the Standard Banner once update 3.5 ends. This means that it will be almost impossible to acquire all of her constellations after the next update ends. When it comes to her role, the Special Program revealed that she will be a new DPS character whose playstyle revolves around using her Elemental Burst which infuses her Normal Attacks with Pyro damage.
Some comments have stated that the four-star character Bennett is the only character worth pulling for in the next update. Despite having a lower rarity, Bennet is still considered one of, if not the best support inGenshin Impact. This was also proven byrecent Spiral Abyss usage rate chartsin which he always seems to rank in the top 5.
The Hydro user Barbara is a decent healer who canfit multiple team compositions inGenshin Impact. Her Elemental Burst, Shining Miracle, is one of the rare skills in the game that can provide instant healing to all of her team members. Players who want to get Cyno or Dehya should also attempt to add Collei to their roster since she has great synergy with Electro and Pyro DPS characters.
