10Might Guy
Might Guy is one of the most enthusiastic characters inNaruto, and also one of the funniest as well. The sheer energy he displays in every scene makes him a joy to behold.
The fact that he keeps on forgetting Kisame’s name while the latter pretty much considers him to be his arch-rival just adds to the hilarity.His final blitz against Madara is truly amazingand shows just how powerful taijutsu really is, making him a fan favorite in the eyes of many.
9Rock Lee
It would be impossible to talk about Might Guy without mentioning the potential of his student, Rock Lee. Just like his sensei, Rock Lee is absolutely bursting with energy in every scene he’s featured in.
From trying to woo Sakura to figuring out a gift for Naruto, Rock Lee has several hilarious highlights across the series. It’s a shame that he was woefully underutilized during the events of Shippuden, especially given the amazing battle he had against Gaara.
8Killer Bee
Most people would expectthe Jinchuuriki to be powerful and serious individualswho had the weight of the whole village on their shoulders. While Killer Bee is definitely quite powerful, it’s his relentless optimism and hilarious lines that make him such a great character.

7Sai
Sai is a character who wasn’t really shown in a positive light when he was introduced. However, after getting over the trauma of losing his brother and becoming friends with the members of Team 7, Sai found his smile once again.
That being said, he’s still pretty socially awkward, which lends itself to several hilarious scenes in Shippuden. Watching him insult the characters in the show with his spiteful choice of words makes for a fun time indeed.
6Suigetsu Hozuki
Suigetsu is one of the members of Taka, Sasuke’s team that is created withthe goal of hunting down Itachibefore this objective changes to destroying the entire Leaf Village. This character can liquefy himself at a moment’s notice and loves collecting the swords of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
He’s also pretty funny, with his biting wit getting on Karin’s nerves. It’s the constant banter he shares with the only female member of Taka that makes him such a treat to watch whenever the group appears on-screen.
5Karin
Speaking of Karin, it must be said that she’s also pretty hilarious in her own right despite appearing rather serious at first glance. However, it doesn’t take her too long to display an unhealthy obsession with Sasuke.
This is already pretty funny as is, but what makes Karin even more hilarious is the fact that she tends to get pretty angry, leading to some pretty funny outbursts. The bulk of her anger is taken out on Suigetsu, prompting the red-haired healer to get pretty violent at times.
4Jiraiya
The Pervy Sage is one of the most beloved characters inNaruto, despite being a bit too creepy at times. His death is easily one of the most impactful moments inNarutothat caused many fans to shed a tear or two.
Fans fondly remember the times when he tries to peek into places he was not supposed to, only for his plans to be thwarted in the most hilarious manner possible. Aside from these perverted moments, Jiraiya’s regular interactions and screaming matches with Naruto are also pretty entertaining in their own right.
3Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi isone of the most powerful and respected shinobi inNaruto… but that’s not something most people are aware of when they get to witness his character for the first time. He seems pretty lazy and is always on time, giving half-hearted apologies to his Squad for the same.

It’s clear that Kakashi is going to be one of the funniest characters in the show after revealing his patented One Thousand Years of Death move on Naruto. His obsession with Jiraiya’s Icha Icha series is also used for a ton of laughs as well.

Sakura is one of the most underutilized characters in the show from a battle standpoint. After enjoying a highlight of her own against Sasori, she was relegated to the sidelines once again to the frustration of many fans.

1Naruto Uzumaki
The eponymous protagonist ofNarutois one of the most beloved characters of all time. He has an amazing underdog story that makes it easy to root for him, even if this effect is somewhat lessened whenNaruto gains a large number of transformationsand jutsu that make him way more powerful than any of his compatriots.
He’s also a lovable goofball, with his stupidity being used for some effective comedy every now and then. Even after becoming Hokage, Naruto never stops being a person everyone can laugh with due to how lovable he is.
