Players can obtain Clouded Eyeduring the “Headwind” story missionby defeating Suparna and Chirada. The two entities are no pushovers, but they won’t pose a problem to Clive if he has good gear.
Other than that, Clouded Eye can be found in the Dragon’s Aery area of Sanbreque. Players will need to defeat the Wind Elementals that spawn during the “Wings of Change” mission. This is the perfect opportunity to farm Clouded Eye, as there are many Wind Elementals present in the area.
